Special Places

There are many places to sit throughout the Park, picnic tables to enjoy lunch or a snack, and a gift shop with great souvenirs. Another goal of the Zoo is to provide a safe non-commercial place for each guest to enjoy the gift of time with their spouse, family, partner, or self. The Zoo is a place where it is fun to just sit, watch, and reflect. Sasquatch Zoo supports the philosophy that animals can help heal people in pain or help individuals with special needs in a warm supportive manner. We have witnessed first hand the magic as a challenged child pets an Antelope or a Llama for the first time or a person with depression reaches out to any of our animals for just one happy moment.
